Job Requirements
- BS or BA degree in arts or science preferably business, economics, or management
- Defense Acquisition University Level 3 or equivalent
- approximately 10 or more years of experience with Defense Department acquisition policies and procedures or similar experience
- familiarity with CNATRA pilot production and instructional performance metrics
- experience in project management or program management including policy implementation, complex Navy procedures coordination, and project budget development
- knowledge of Government contract and procurement procedures including contract actions, modifications, and product procurement
- ability to coordinate and integrate multiple projects simultaneously
- ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
- experience with Navy or Military aviation systems
- U.S. citizenship
- ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance
Job Qualifications
- BS or BA degree in arts or science, preferably business, economics, or management
- Defense Acquisition University Level 3 or equivalent

- familiarity with CNATRA pilot production and instructional performance metrics
- experience in project management or program management, including policy implementation, coordinating complex Navy procedures, and developing project budgets
- knowledge of Government contract and procurement procedures including new contract actions, contract modifications, and product procurement
- ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- experience with Navy or Military aviation systems
- Master’s degree preferred
Job Duties
- Serve as the primary interface and point of contact with Government program authorities on technical and program/project issues
- oversee contractor execution of contract requirements
- manage acquisition and employment of program/project resources
- provide support in performing project task definition and workload planning, acquisition management, funds management, and financial cost accounting
- provide budgeting support, project planning, program planning, and maintain program information in business enterprise tools such as SAP/Navy ERP, Work in Progress Database, Program Management Tool, Command Staffing work-year database, and Workload Assignment Agreements
- support project leads in performance of program tasks, respond to administrative and programmatic data calls, and provide administrative planning for program events and day-to-day operations
- provide support in administrative planning, record keeping, data entry, communications, inventory control, and program administration related to daily operations and activities of assigned projects
