This job opportunity is with a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee of McDonald's, a globally recognized fast-food restaurant brand. While this restaurant uses McDonald's logos and food products under a licensing agreement, it operates as a separate company distinct from McDonald's USA. The franchisee is solely responsible for all employment matters including hiring, firing, supervision, and scheduling. This distinction means that while the brand reflects McDonald's iconic presence in the market, all employment interactions, decisions, and policies are managed by the local franchisee, not the main McDonald's corporate entity in the USA.

Job Requirements
- Be 16 years of age or older
- Ability to work part-time hours
- Ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members
- Willingness to learn new skills
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods
- Must comply with employment policies of the franchisee
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills

- Customer service experience is a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours between 8am and 8pm
Job Duties
- Greeting guests and communicating with them while ordering
- Offering help with using the ordering kiosks
- Offering assistance to those in need of some extra hands
- Checking with guests once they have their food to make sure they are satisfied or to see if they need anything else
- Ensuring kids receive a kid treat
- Handling any guest concerns
- Communicating with the restaurant team to provide feedback and recommendations
