Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous bartending or serving experience
- readiness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to stand for extended periods
- legal authorization to work in the United States
- adherence to health and safety regulations
Job Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and hands-on approach
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of service
- previous bartending experience is a must
- comfort with enforcing health and sanitation standards

Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional guest service by picking up on social cues and ensuring a seamless experience in a fun, fast-paced environment
- maintain rigorous health and sanitation standards, ensuring the freshness of fruit and juices, and overall cleanliness of the bar and preparation areas
- serve bar high-top tables and assist with table service as needed
- maintain inventories and par stocks as needed
- assist with training new team members and supporting the opening team
- communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service
- handle guest inquiries and resolve any service issues promptly
