Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
must be at least 18 years old
ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks
reliable transportation or means to commute to Cambridge Side Mall
willingness to learn and take direction
strong attention to detail
ability to work well under pressure

Job Qualifications

Previous experience in a bar or restaurant environment preferred
knowledge of basic bar operations and safety standards
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
strong communication skills
team-oriented mindset
physical stamina to stand for extended periods and move supplies
commitment to excellent customer service

Job Duties

Support bartenders by restocking spirits, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, ice, and glassware
maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar at all times
collect and wash glassware throughout service
assist with bar prep including slicing fruit, restocking supplies, and setting up stations
take out trash and keep the bar area fully stocked during shifts
learn and follow proper safety and sanitation procedures
anticipate the needs of bartenders to ensure fast, efficient service
demonstrate a strong work ethic and team-first attitude
