Job Requirements

Prior guest service, hospitality, or customer-facing experience
strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
detail-oriented with strong situational awareness
availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays

Job Qualifications

Prior guest service, hospitality, or customer-facing experience

availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
experience in a luxury resort or Forbes Travel Guide-rated property preferred
background in security, valet, or transportation operations preferred
physical ability to stand and sit for extended periods
ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including snow and cold temperatures
ability to lift up to 30 lbs occasionally

Job Duties

Warmly welcome each arriving guest, homeowner, vendor, and visitor with professionalism and genuine care
verify reservations or visit purpose, ensuring only authorized vehicles access the Resort
communicate guest arrival details to Front Office, Valet, and Bell teams for seamless handoff
provide directions and Resort information, tailoring communication to guest needs
offer farewells that reinforce Sundance's unique sense of place and connection
monitor and track all vehicle and pedestrian traffic entering and exiting the property
enforce access control protocols in alignment with Resort safety standards
