Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- One to three years experience working in a customer service setting dealing with public patrons and members preferred
- Computer literate with a basic understanding of the internet, email, and work time entry
- Ability to communicate positively and effectively with team members and supervisors
- Desire to contribute to a productive work environment by maintaining a positive attitude
- Must be self-motivated, able to follow direction, and work independently with little supervision
- Demonstrated initiative with the ability to think, solve problems, and make decisions based on sound judgment
- Good time management, organization, and follow-up skills
- Ability to consistently achieve high work standards with attention to detail, accuracy, and timeliness
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with continuous improvement
- Flexible schedule availability including evenings and weekends

Job Duties
- Act as a goodwill ambassador to welcome all visitors using the community assigned script including residents and guests, potential purchasers, construction personnel, golfers and restaurant guests, and delivery services
- Lock and unlock the community Association facilities daily
- set alarms and be on-call for after-hours alarm calls
- Provide gate system card information and construction passes
- complete required entry system documentation
- offer direction to visitors to ensure a positive community experience
- Provide instruction for new owners on gate system operations
- Facilitate vacation watch parameters, assist homeowners with entry gate operations, monitor gate system for maintenance related issues, and patrol community association facilities each evening
- Control traffic at entry gates to prevent accidents and confusion
- Monitor delivery services and suspicious vehicles
- communicate with homeowners and construction personnel to confirm authorization for entry
- Monitor gates for maintenance related issues and report to a supervisor
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
