Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Fully conversational in English
  • Able to lift 35lbs in weight
  • Must be mobile and able to stand for extended periods, to stoop, kneel, and crouch
  • Must be available to work varied hours/days including nights, weekends, holidays, and bad weather conditions
  • Flexible to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
  • Ability to deliver excellent customer service with a positive outlook
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Willingness to adhere to OTG Core Steps of Service

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Fully conversational in English
  • Able to lift 35lbs in weight
  • Must be mobile and able to stand for extended periods, to stoop, kneel, and crouch
  • Must be available to work varied hours/days including nights, weekends, holidays, and bad weather conditions
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
  • Ability to use iPad/computer system for order entry
  • Knowledge of wine service techniques
  • Prior experience in hospitality is a plus but not required

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome guests quickly and pleasantly with a smile
  • Deliver beverages and menus promptly
  • Communicate all daily food and drink specials
  • Demonstrate knowledge of menus and beer selections
  • Assist guests in entering all orders into the iPad/computer system
  • Offer menu items and up-sell to guests
  • Prepare hot and cold drinks and mixed non-alcoholic drinks
  • Demonstrate appropriate wine service techniques
  • Assist other servers as needed
  • Sweep and mop premises as required
  • Clear tables
  • Keep a spotless working environment through regular cleaning and sanitizing
  • Participate in daily side-work tasks
  • Maintain a clean, neat, and well-groomed appearance
  • Maintain knowledge of airport, terminal and restaurants to offer information and recommendations
  • Communicate any issues or quality of service problems to the MOD immediately
  • Other duties as assigned
