Job Requirements
- must be at least 16 years old
- ability to stand for extended periods
- basic knowledge of pool chemical handling preferred
- good physical condition
- strong interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in customer service or facility maintenance is a plus
- CPR for the Professional Rescuer certification preferred
- strong communication skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- attention to detail
- ability to follow safety protocols
Job Duties
- monitor patron entry
- check and balance pool chemicals
- enforce facility pool rules
- complete appropriate documentation
- clean the facility including restrooms
- provide exceptional customer service
- address patron needs politely and respectfully
