Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- ability to communicate effectively
- ability to stand for extended periods
- physical capability to handle product
- willingness to work flexible schedules
- dependable and team-oriented
- basic knowledge of technology for completing retail tasks

Job Duties
- build rapport with customers
- display a friendly and outgoing attitude through good eye contact and body language
- help customers with any questions they may have, directing them to other team members if needed
- stock product and maintain displays according to merchandising standards
- utilize technology to complete activities and tasks
- collaborate with other team members and managers on additional tasks
- work across various departments including Health and Beauty Care, Hardlines, Fashion/Softlines, Pets, Hardware, Card and Party, Outdoor, Seasonal, and Floral
