Job Requirements

  • Prior cooking or food service experience required
  • Food handler's permit or other relevant culinary certifications is advantageous
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members verbally
  • Ability to provide regular and predictable attendance
  • Ability to work in a medium physical capacity role including standing for extended periods, frequent bending, lifting up to 25 lbs, and tolerance to hot and noisy environments
  • Ability to handle repetitive motions associated with operating cooking equipment

  • Knowledge of food safety practices including proper storage, handling, and temperature control
  • Professional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks
  • Ability to identify issues with food or equipment and find solutions promptly

  • Demonstrate initiative and reliability with minimal supervision
  • Food handler's permit or relevant culinary certifications is advantageous

Job Duties

  • Visualize, fulfill, and implement the company vision and core values
  • Maintain a positive, motivated attitude in the workplace
  • Prepare and cook chicken, snacks, and other food items according to company standards
  • Ensure all meals are prepared in a safe and hygienic manner
  • Ensure that all food items meet safety and quality standards, including checking temperatures, storage conditions, and freshness
  • Regularly clean and sanitize cooking equipment, kitchen surfaces, and food prep areas
  • Track inventory of food supplies and ingredients, including ordering or restocking as necessary to meet demand
  • Report any malfunctioning or broken equipment to management
  • Maintain a clean and professional working environment
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely food preparation during busy hours
  • Attend and participate in all Company sponsored training programs as required
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and Company policies and procedures
  • Perform any other duties, responsibilities or tasks as assigned
