Job Requirements
- Prior cooking or food service experience required
- Food handler's permit or other relevant culinary certifications is advantageous
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members verbally
- Ability to provide regular and predictable attendance
- Ability to work in a medium physical capacity role including standing for extended periods, frequent bending, lifting up to 25 lbs, and tolerance to hot and noisy environments
- Ability to handle repetitive motions associated with operating cooking equipment

- Knowledge of food safety practices including proper storage, handling, and temperature control
- Professional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks

- Demonstrate initiative and reliability with minimal supervision

Job Duties
- Visualize, fulfill, and implement the company vision and core values
- Maintain a positive, motivated attitude in the workplace
- Prepare and cook chicken, snacks, and other food items according to company standards
- Ensure all meals are prepared in a safe and hygienic manner
- Ensure that all food items meet safety and quality standards, including checking temperatures, storage conditions, and freshness
- Regularly clean and sanitize cooking equipment, kitchen surfaces, and food prep areas
- Track inventory of food supplies and ingredients, including ordering or restocking as necessary to meet demand
- Report any malfunctioning or broken equipment to management
- Maintain a clean and professional working environment
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely food preparation during busy hours
- Attend and participate in all Company sponsored training programs as required
- Adhere to all safety protocols and Company policies and procedures
- Perform any other duties, responsibilities or tasks as assigned
