Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service and tend to customers in a prompt, efficient, friendly manner
- Train new Team Members
- Always maintain a clean and safe environment
- Attend all mandatory/scheduled store meetings
- Keep up to date on new policies and procedures
- Maintain appearance and uniform standards
- Adhere to loss prevention guidelines
- Communicate any questions, concerns, or issues to leadership in a timely manner
- Complete all assigned tasks and achieve shift objectives
- Complete fuel sale transactions in an accurate and friendly manner
- Complete the Fuel Checklist daily and perform required tasks, as needed, to ensure compliance
- Empty garbage cans, cigarette receptacles, and recycling machines where applicable
- Ensure exterior grounds and fuel kiosks meet company standards
- Follow guidelines for cash handling, sanitation, and all other procedures
- Maintain lot and walkways as needed in inclement weather
- Other duties/responsibilities as assigned
