Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 3 years of experience in culinary arts with a focus on garde manger or cold kitchen
- proven experience managing a culinary team
- strong understanding of food safety standards and compliance
- excellent organizational and time management abilities
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- physical ability to perform kitchen duties

Job Duties
- oversee planning, coordination, and execution of all cold food production supporting restaurant, bar, TDR, and banquet operations
- communicate effectively with leaders across food operations, beverage, sanitation, marketing, sales & catering to ensure seamless collaboration
- ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
- participate in selection, hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management of garde manger team members
- continuously evaluate, document, and coach the performance of all garde manger positions
- manage team member relations issues with timely documentation and professionalism
- monitor and forecast equipment, stock, labor, and business volume needs to maintain operational efficiency
