Job Requirements

  • Culinary school degree or equivalent experience
  • minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Garde Manger
  • strong communication and organizational skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing quality
  • experience working in a scratch kitchen environment
  • understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • ability to operate kitchen equipment and understand basic kitchen math
