Job Requirements

Culinary school degree or equivalent experience
minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Garde Manger
strong communication and organizational skills
ability to work in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing quality
experience working in a scratch kitchen environment
understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations
ability to operate kitchen equipment and understand basic kitchen math
