Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Able to smile during customer interactions
- Possess an upbeat personality willingness to go the extra mile and strong work ethic
- Maintain uniform standards when on job premises
- Ability to read write and verbally communicate in English
- Ability to move quickly
- Ability to organize cars efficiently
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to safely operate vehicles and pass a driving test on manual transmission
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
- Possess a valid driver's license
- Be able to pass a criminal background check and RMV check
- Ability to create relationships with customers
- Be organized
- Clean driving record deemed insurable by VPNE's current insurance provider

Job Duties
- Keep the safety of self and others in mind at all times
- Park customers' vehicles in designated parking spots ensuring safe and secure parking
- Keep track of keys and vehicles throughout the garage
- Provide exceptional guest experience
- Maintain organization at operation
- Be enthusiastic about the job creating a positive environment for customers and teammates
- Use professional communication and VPNE-approved language
- Help facilitate transition at the end of the shift
- Provide information about the garage such as hours of operation rates or special promotions upon request
- Always maintain a neatly groomed appearance
- Perform cleaning duties as assigned
- Adhere to VPNE attendance policy
- Adhere to all safety protocols including wearing appropriate safety gear and reporting hazards
- Fill out damage or accident reports as needed
