must be at least 18 years old
able to smile during customer interactions
possess an upbeat personality
willingness to go the extra mile
maintain uniform standards
ability to read write and verbally communicate in English
ability to move quickly
ability to organize cars efficiently
ability to stand for long periods
ability to safely operate vehicles and pass a driving test on manual transmission vehicle
ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
possess a valid driver’s license
pass a criminal background check and RMV check
be organized
clean driving record deemed insurable

Job Duties

keep the safety of self and others in mind at all times
park customers' vehicles in designated parking spots ensuring safety and security
keep track of keys and vehicles throughout the garage
provide exceptional guest experience
maintain organization at operation
be enthusiastic about the job creating a positive environment for customers and teammates
use professional communication and approved language
help facilitate transition at the end of the shift
provide information about garage hours, rates, or promotions upon request
always maintain a neatly groomed appearance
perform cleaning duties as assigned
adhere to attendance policy
follow all safety protocols and procedures including wearing safety gear and reporting hazards
fill out damage or accident reports as needed
