- must be at least 18 years old
- valid driver's license
- clean driving record deemed insurable by insurance provider
- ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
- ability to stand for long periods
- ability to move quickly
- ability to organize cars efficiently
- ability to safely operate vehicles and pass a manual driving test
- ability to read, write and verbally communicate in English
- pass a criminal background check and rmv check
- maintain uniform standards when on job premises
