Job Requirements
- regular attendance is mandatory
- valid driver's license and transportation
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- ability to work inside and outside in all types of weather
- ability to perform prolonged or repeated standing, walking, climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, lifting, pushing and pulling
- ability to lift and utilize a ladder

Job Duties
- Provide high quality customer service according to GCI's customer service principles in order to maximize resident retention
- Respond to resident requests and work with residents to minimize and resolve resident problems and complaints
- Ensure that the garage presents well at all times including cleanliness, sweeping, power washing, professional environment
- Ensure that the garage is safe and secure, doors are locked, lights are on, adhere to applicable building codes and report safety hazards
- Assist residents with packages, luggage, and transportation to and from the garage and their suite
- Perform other duties as directed or assigned
