Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends
- expected to work constantly outdoors in all weather conditions
- required to wear a uniform and follow appropriate grooming standards
- required to obtain a Parking Attendant License
- ability to stand for up to six consecutive hours
- ability to move quickly and carefully throughout the parking area
- must be able to communicate effectively in spoken English
- ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests to the parking lots and garages and offer professional services
- promote good customer relations by consistently providing premier customer satisfaction with a friendly demeanor, can-do attitude, and willingness to help
- handle and carefully respond to all customer inquiries on the parking lots/garages with confidence
- patrol designated parking lots/garages and identify vehicles without proper payment or permission
- write and issue parking violations to parking customers and tenants who violate parking policies
- document violations by photo using company-provided handheld device
- maintain cleanliness in parking lots and common areas
- communicate debris, water, oil spills, and other hazards appropriately
- flexibly work at a variety of different shifts
- stand and walk throughout the garages and/or lots for prolonged periods
- visually inspect vehicles in garages and lots
- repair and complete general maintenance on gate(s)
- assist in maintenance and repair of parking equipment
- wipe down surfaces, equipment, and sweep floors
- perform general maintenance including pressure washing, power sweeping, painting, snow removal/salting, basic repairs
- pick up trash and empty trash receptacles
- perform basic truck maintenance such as cleaning, washing, and oil changes
- work independently and as part of a team
- observe safety precautions at all times
- perform other duties as assigned
