- customer service experience preferred
- one year of similar work experience preferred
Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of the parking garage
- sweep, blow leaves, and remove debris from garage floors and surrounding areas
- gather and empty trash from designated receptacles
- operate cleaning equipment including pressure washers and air blowers
- clean stairwells, elevators, and other common areas within the garage
- follow procedures for safe use of cleaning chemicals and power equipment
- notify manager of any maintenance needs or safety hazards
