Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- experience using equipment such as pressure washer, air blower, and other cleaning tools
- no high school diploma, GED or college degree required

- 1 year of similar work experience
Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of the corporate building’s parking garage
- sweep, blow leaves, and remove debris from garage floors and surrounding areas
- gather and empty trash from designated receptacles
- operate cleaning equipment including pressure washers and air blowers
- clean stairwells, elevators, and other common areas within the garage
- follow procedures for safe use of cleaning chemicals and power equipment
- notify Manager of any maintenance needs or safety hazards
- establish and maintain effective communication with clients, co-workers, and supervisors
- comply with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards set by the Company, Clients, and regulatory authorities
- perform seasonal tasks such as snow removal or other incidental duties as required
