Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- No high school diploma, GED or college degree required
- Ability to work Monday through Friday, 5:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as sweeping, lifting, and standing for extended periods
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Willingness to perform seasonal tasks such as snow removal
Job Qualifications
- Customer service experience
- 1 year of similar work experience
- Experience using equipment such as pressure washer, air blower, and other cleaning tools
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to follow safety protocols
- Physical ability to perform manual labor
- Strong attention to detail
Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of the corporate building's parking garage
- Sweep, blow leaves, and remove debris from garage floors and surrounding areas
- Gather and empty trash from designated receptacles
- Operate cleaning equipment including pressure washers and air blowers
- Clean stairwells, elevators, and other common areas within the garage
- Follow procedures for safe use of cleaning chemicals and power equipment
- Notify manager of any maintenance needs or safety hazards
- Establish and maintain effective communication with clients, co-workers, and supervisors
- Comply with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards set by the Company, Clients, and regulatory authorities
- Perform seasonal tasks such as snow removal or other incidental duties as required
