Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- pass a criminal background check
- pass a drug screen
- one to three months related experience and/or training without a Diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience
- knowledge of basic general cleaning
- work weekends and overnight shifts
- physically able to perform tasks including lifting up to 100 pounds occasionally
- able to work outdoors in extreme temperature conditions
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- must be able to read and write Standard English
- must be able to read and comprehend simple instructions
- must be able to write simple correspondence
- must be able to present information effectively in one-on-one and small group situations
- ability to understand 24 hour and military time systems
- ability to understand rates applicable to time passed
- customer service experience preferred
Job Duties
- Cleanliness check each shift of all guest entrances/elevator landings
- use mop or power washer to remove stains in common areas
- maintain general cleaning of garage including debris removal around vehicles
- wipe signage and wayfinding materials at vehicle entrances and exits
- empty returned guest key receptacles and perform power washing as needed
- assist guests with directions and inquiries
- protect guest confidentiality and maintain security of customer financial information
