Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two years of cashier experience
  • One year of customer service experience
  • Ability to operate point-of-sale systems
  • Strong communication skills
  • Professional demeanor
  • Ability to work Monday through Friday from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule
  • Ability to handle cash accurately

Job Qualifications

  • Two years of cashier experience
  • One year of customer service experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to speak professionally with customers
  • Knowledge and experience in handling monetary transactions

Job Duties

  • Operate a point-of-sale system to collect payments for hourly parking
  • Issue receipts and balance cash drawers at the end of shifts
  • Accurately record all transactions
  • Monitor the garage to identify and report safety hazards, suspicious activity, or maintenance issues
  • Ensure parking regulations are followed and communicate concerns to appropriate personnel
  • Provide directions and answer questions about parking rules and policies
  • Assist customers with general concerns and offer courteous service
  • Support the Garage Cashier Supervisor and Parking Services team with operational tasks such as organizing signage, managing traffic flow, and reporting equipment malfunctions
  • Participate in team meetings and trainings
