Job Requirements
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Must support the Coeur d'Alene Tribe's vision, mission, and core values
- Must comply with all health policies including annual flu shot
- Must apply for and hold a Coeur d'Alene Tribal Gaming Board Class A License
- Must write comprehensive daily reports using Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Must be able to work various shifts including holidays and weekends
- Must maintain a consistent attendance record
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of office procedures and general office equipment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Outlook
- Ability to write comprehensive daily reports
- Ability to work independently and be detail oriented
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Experience in a regulated gaming environment is preferred
Job Duties
- Monitor Bingo/Casino operations
- Determine compliance with Minimum Internal Control Standards
- Prepare reports and supporting schedules related to inspection activities
- Perform special inspections and investigations as warranted
- Identify deficiencies and recommend appropriate changes to standards
- Receive public complaints and direct patrons to appropriate officials
- Check employee licenses on a test basis
- Examine, test, and inspect gaming equipment
- Monitor the storage, issuance, and destruction of gaming equipment
- Perform other assigned duties to promote department efficiency
