Job Requirements

  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Must support the Coeur d'Alene Tribe's vision, mission, and core values
  • Must comply with all health policies including annual flu shot
  • Must apply for and hold a Coeur d'Alene Tribal Gaming Board Class A License
  • Must write comprehensive daily reports using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Must be able to work various shifts including holidays and weekends
  • Must maintain a consistent attendance record

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledge of office procedures and general office equipment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Outlook
  • Ability to write comprehensive daily reports
  • Ability to work independently and be detail oriented
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Experience in a regulated gaming environment is preferred

Job Duties

  • Monitor Bingo/Casino operations
  • Determine compliance with Minimum Internal Control Standards
  • Prepare reports and supporting schedules related to inspection activities
  • Perform special inspections and investigations as warranted
  • Identify deficiencies and recommend appropriate changes to standards
  • Receive public complaints and direct patrons to appropriate officials
  • Check employee licenses on a test basis
  • Examine, test, and inspect gaming equipment
  • Monitor the storage, issuance, and destruction of gaming equipment
  • Perform other assigned duties to promote department efficiency
