Delaware North Gaming is currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Beverage Supervisor for Southland Casino located in West Memphis, Arkansas. As a prominent leader in the hospitality and gaming industry, Delaware North owns and operates Southland Casino Hotel, a premier entertainment destination boasting over 2200 slot machines, live blackjack, craps, and roulette tables, simulcast wagering, and a sportsbook. Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a hospitality role
- at least 1 year supervisory experience
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- willingness to obtain Arkansas Gaming License
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- strong organizational and time-management skills
- physical ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
Job Qualifications

- must have a minimum of 2 years experience in a hospitality role
Job Duties
- Monitor and maintain bar and restaurant cost of sales
- research and implement new beverage products that will elevate guest service and satisfaction
- hire, train, and lead team members, providing feedback on their job responsibilities
- coordinate alcohol compliance and quality standards, handle guest relations, and monitor adherence to quality assurance standards
- assist with inventory checks and end-of-month financial reporting
