Delaware North Gaming is seeking a motivated and experienced full-time Beverage Supervisor for Southland Casino, located in West Memphis, Arkansas. Southland Casino, owned and operated by Delaware North, stands as a premier entertainment destination featuring over 2200 slot machines, live blackjack, craps, roulette tables, simulcast wagering, and a sportsbook. Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in hospitality
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to obtain an Arkansas Gaming License
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 year supervisory experience in a similar role
- Excellent verbal, written, organizational and time-management skills
- Must be able to work flexible hours to include night, weekends, and holidays
- Must be willing to obtain an Arkansas Gaming License
- Must have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a hospitality role
Job Duties
- Monitor and maintain bar and restaurant cost of sales
- Research and implement new beverage products that will elevate guest service and satisfaction
- Hire, train, and lead team members, providing feedback on their job responsibilities
- Coordinate alcohol compliance and quality standards, handle guest relations, and monitor adherence to quality assurance standards
- Assist with inventory checks and end-of-month financial reporting
