Delaware North Gaming is currently seeking a dedicated and energetic full-time Barback to join our team at Southland Casino in West Memphis, Arkansas. Southland Casino Hotel, owned and operated by Delaware North, is a premier gaming and hospitality destination featuring over 2200 slot machines, live blackjack, craps, and roulette tables, simulcast wagering, and a sportsbook. Job Requirements
- no diploma required
- ability to lift, move or maneuver up to 70 pounds
- ability to pull heavy carts of stock throughout the facility
- frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, lifting and reaching during the entire length of shift
Job Qualifications
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- ability to work cooperatively with others
- ability to follow job procedures and supervisor instructions
- basic math skills for counting inventory
Job Duties
- deliver beverages and other products throughout the facility
- stock product in beverage storage and ensure that inventory levels of supplies are maintained
- report all needed equipment repairs to the supervisor
- keep work area and equipment neat and clean
- empty trash containers and deliver trash to dumpsters if needed
