Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Ability to obtain and retain a KRGC Level III Gaming License
- One year of direct customer contact experience preferred
- Previous money handling experience preferred
- Display professionalism and excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional appearance as outlined in the Gilley's Team Member Handbook
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Available to work nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed

Job Duties
- Deal with high volume customer interactions and be consistently outgoing, upbeat and cheerful
- Build guest relations by talking with customers and making them feel welcome, comfortable, and inviting them back
- Observe all activity within assigned area offering assistance to all guests
- Report anything that is out of the ordinary
- Handle routine customer complaints and incidents with appropriate discretion
- Ensure all guests are kept engaged by providing friendly and helpful service
- Use open body language and polite communication when assisting guests
- Assist in maintaining a clean facility by disposing of cups, glasses or bottles left by guests
- Maintain monetary and paperwork accuracy and efficiency
- Adhere to regulatory, departmental, and company policies ethically
- Resolve guest disputes quickly up to a predetermined amount or notify management
- Crosstrain in other departments
- Perform other duties as assigned
