Job Requirements

  • physically mobile with reasonable accommodations

Job Qualifications

  • must be at least 18 years of age or older and able to obtain and retain a KRGC Level III Gaming License
  • one year of direct customer contact experience preferred
  • previous money handling experience preferred
  • display professionalism excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • maintain professional appearance as outlined in team member handbook
  • able to work independently and as part of a team
  • available to work nights weekends holidays and overtime as required

Job Duties

  • deal with high volume customer interactions consistently outgoing upbeat and cheerful
  • build guest relations by talking with customers making them feel welcome comfortable and inviting them back
  • observe all activity within assigned area offering assistance to all guests
  • report anything unusual or out of the ordinary
  • handle routine customer complaints and incidents with appropriate discretion
  • ensure all guests are kept in play by providing friendly and helpful service
  • use open body language politely speak with and assist guests as needed
  • maintain a spotless facility by disposing of cups glasses or bottles left by guests
  • maintain monetary and paperwork accuracy and efficiency per department standards
  • adhere to regulatory departmental and company policies ethically
  • resolve guest disputes quickly or notify manager for resolution
  • cross-train in other departments
  • perform other duties as assigned
