Job Qualifications
- must be at least 18 years of age or older and able to obtain and retain a KRGC Level III Gaming License
- one year of direct customer contact experience preferred
- previous money handling experience preferred
- display professionalism excellent verbal and written communication skills
- maintain professional appearance as outlined in team member handbook
- able to work independently and as part of a team
- available to work nights weekends holidays and overtime as required
Job Duties
- deal with high volume customer interactions consistently outgoing upbeat and cheerful
- build guest relations by talking with customers making them feel welcome comfortable and inviting them back
- observe all activity within assigned area offering assistance to all guests
- report anything unusual or out of the ordinary
- handle routine customer complaints and incidents with appropriate discretion
- ensure all guests are kept in play by providing friendly and helpful service
- use open body language politely speak with and assist guests as needed
- maintain a spotless facility by disposing of cups glasses or bottles left by guests
- maintain monetary and paperwork accuracy and efficiency per department standards
- adhere to regulatory departmental and company policies ethically
- resolve guest disputes quickly or notify manager for resolution
- cross-train in other departments
- perform other duties as assigned
