Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment preferred
  • Knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions
  • Understanding of regulatory and safety compliance related to gaming and liquor laws

Job Duties

  • Provide prompt, friendly, and efficient beverage service to guests on the gaming floor
  • Deal with high volume customer interactions while maintaining an outgoing, upbeat, and cheerful attitude
  • Build guest relations by engaging with customers to make them feel welcome and comfortable
  • Observe all activities within assigned area and offer assistance to guests
  • Report anything unusual or out of the ordinary to appropriate personnel
  • Handle routine customer complaints and incidents with discretion and escalate to management when necessary
  • Ensure guests remain engaged by providing helpful service at every interaction
  • Use open body language and communicate politely with guests
  • Assist in keeping the gaming area clean by disposing of cups, glasses, or bottles left by guests
  • Maintain accuracy and efficiency in monetary and paperwork tasks according to department and property standards
  • Adhere to all regulatory, departmental, and company policies in an ethical manner
  • Resolve guest disputes quickly up to a predetermined limit and notify management for further assistance
  • Cross-train in other departments as required
  • Perform other duties as assigned
