Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- strong communication skills
- physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- knowledge of beverage preparation and service
- ability to deal with high volume customer interactions
- capacity to manage routine complaints and escalate when necessary
Job Qualifications

- knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- ability to handle cash and maintain accuracy

- understanding of gaming and liquor laws an advantage
Job Duties
- Provide prompt and friendly beverage service on the gaming floor
- build guest relations by engaging with customers and making them feel welcome
- observe all activity within assigned area and offer assistance
- report any unusual activity promptly
- handle routine customer complaints with discretion
- ensure guests remain engaged by providing helpful service
- use open body language and polite communication with guests
- maintain cleanliness by disposing of used cups, glasses, and bottles
- ensure monetary and paperwork accuracy and efficiency
- adhere to all gaming and liquor regulations and company policies
- resolve guest disputes within authorized limits or escalate to management
- participate in cross-training in other departments
- perform other duties as assigned
