Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to obtain and retain a KRGC Level III Gaming License
- One year of direct customer contact experience preferred
- Previous money handling experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional appearance as per company standards
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime
- Physically mobile with ability to stand and walk for long periods
- Able to respond to visual and auditory cues
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Capability to bend, reach, kneel, and grip items
- Tolerate secondary smoke, high noise levels, bright lights, and dust
- Able to operate in mentally and physically stressful situations
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Ability to obtain and retain a KRGC Level III Gaming License

Job Duties
- Provide prompt, friendly, and efficient beverage service to guests on the gaming floor
- Build guest relations by engaging customers and making them feel welcome
- Observe all activity within assigned area and offer assistance to guests
- Report any unusual or out of the ordinary activity
- Handle routine customer complaints with discretion and escalate as necessary
- Ensure guests are kept in play by providing friendly service
- Use open body language and polite communication when assisting guests
- Maintain cleanliness by disposing of cups, glasses, or bottles left by guests
- Maintain accuracy and efficiency in monetary and paperwork processes
- Adhere to all regulatory, departmental, and company policies ethically
- Resolve guest disputes quickly up to a pre-determined amount or notify management
- Cross-train in other departments as required
- Perform other duties as assigned
