Job Requirements
- Must be of legal serving age
- previous customer service experience required
- preferred previous bartending experience
- availability for 2-3 evening shifts per week each lasting 4-5 hours
- must be able to lift up to 30 pounds
- ability to reach and manipulate objects with finger dexterity
- must have normal vision and hearing
- ability to stoop or sit for long periods
- must adhere to all Federal State and Corporate liquor regulations
- must maintain neat and clean appearance

- dependable and responsible
- knowledge of Federal State and Corporate liquor regulations
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- previous customer service experience
- preferred experience bartending
- must be of legal serving age
- preferred proficiency with Point of Sale system
- neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance including hair color
Job Duties
- Makes and serves drinks to players
- maintain cleanliness of the bar and establishment inside and out
- complete opening and closing tasks
- manage inventory and stock stations properly
- prepare and serve drinks according to current specials
- offer complimentary beverages or snacks to patrons
- answer phones and provide information
- put away liquor orders and replenish stock
- engage in suggestive selling to increase sales
- maintain clean, organized bar area throughout shift
- multitask while managing guest interactions
- handle cash transactions and close out checks accurately
- count cashbox at shift end
- ensure glassware is clean and spotless
- sanitize machines between players
- check player identification and manage payment methods
- ensure compliance with safety procedures including locking and securing building
- turn off lights and equipment, set alarms and exit safely
