Job Duties
- Upholding cleanliness and safety standards
- Welcoming and engaging with all guests as an ambassador of fun
- Monitoring activities like Laser Tag, Mini Golf, Gravity Ropes, and Rock Climbing to ensure they are stocked, clean and safe
- Creating memorable experiences by providing exceptional service
- Making sure the games and Winner's Choice prize area are clean and stocked
- Assisting guests with questions regarding point redemption
- Performing minor repairs to games and laser tag vests
- Partnering with the technical team to report wear-and-tear and damage to games or equipment
- Performing opening, mid-day or closing duties
