Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Ability to take direction and adapt as necessary
- Ability to maintain a seated or standing position for an entire shift
- Proficiency in identifying and implementing solutions to technical or practical challenges that may arise
- Enthusiasm for collaborative and innovative work environments
- Possesses the ability to establish and sustain effective working relationships with colleagues, vendors, and the management team
- Ability to work 70 percent of 81 home games
- Willingness to work extended hours during home games as dictated by job responsibilities and workload
- Availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Demonstrates the ability to read, speak, comprehend, and communicate effectively
- Ability to perform essential physical requirements including extended periods of sitting, standing, lifting, or navigating a multilevel ballpark
- Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
- Willingness to adhere to all Major League Baseball and Club policies
Job Qualifications
- Knowledge of broadcast operations is a plus
- Existing knowledge of baseball rules and comprehension of baseball scoring or the capacity to quickly acquire this knowledge
- Ability to take direction and adapt as necessary

Job Duties
- Distribute equipment or supplies to the scoreboard crew across the ballpark
- Collaborate with the Field Producer to ensure the seamless execution of in-game features
- Support the production team in loading and unloading production gear
- Troubleshoot technical and/or other practical issues that may arise
- Be responsive to direction in live event settings
- Adapt to a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Maintain focus in high-profile and high-leverage situations
