Job Requirements
- be at least 15 years of age
- available to work various shifts
- excellent customer service skills
- energetic and enthusiastic personality
- ability to lift or carry objects weighing 0-50 pounds
- ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk and squat during shifts
- able to handle job stress and interact effectively with others
- comply with health and safety protocols

- previous customer service experience a plus
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- basic technical aptitude is beneficial
Job Duties
- support guests during gameplay
- ensure all games are clean and operational
- assist with technical issues on game machines
- promote memberships and Fun Pass sales to guests
- maintain a safe and friendly environment
- adhere to health and sanitation standards
- interact positively with guests and team members
