Job Requirements
- be at least 15 years of age

- ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with guests and co-workers

- prior customer service experience is a plus

Job Duties
- support guests as they play games
- ensure all games are clean and operational
- assist guests with game instructions and score tracking
- maintain a safe and fun environment in the game room
- perform routine checks and minor maintenance on gaming equipment
- engage with guests to enhance their overall experience
- help enforce safety and hygiene standards in the play area
