Job Requirements

  • Be at least 15 years of age
  • Available to work various shifts
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Energetic and enthusiastic personality
  • Must be able to lift or carry objects weighing 0-50 pounds during scheduled shift
  • Must be able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk and squat during scheduled shift
  • Ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with others including guests and co-workers
  • Willingness to work in an environment with flashing and flickering lights, moving mechanical parts, and loud noises

Job Qualifications

  • Be at least 15 years of age

  • Possess an energetic and enthusiastic personality
  • Ability to work various shifts flexibly
  • Ability to effectively interact with guests and co-workers
  • Willingness to learn and cross-train in multiple roles
  • Basic physical capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

Job Duties

  • Provide assistance and support to guests as they play games
  • Ensure all arcade and game room equipment is clean, operational, and well-maintained
  • Monitor and maintain cleanliness and safety within the game room area
  • Engage with guests to create a fun and welcoming atmosphere
  • Report any game malfunctions or safety hazards to management
  • Assist with restocking game prizes and supplies as needed
  • Comply with all health and safety regulations during operations
