Job Requirements
- Be at least 15 years of age
- Available to work various shifts including evenings and weekends
- Excellent customer service skills
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Ability to lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk and squat during scheduled shift
- Ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with others including guests and co-workers
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Support guests as they play games
- Ensure all arcade games are clean and operational
- Provide excellent customer service
- Maintain safety and cleanliness standards within the game room
- Assist with game troubleshooting and reporting malfunctions
- Uphold company policies and procedures during shifts
- Engage with guests to create a fun and welcoming environment
