Job Requirements
- Be at least 15 years of age
- available to work various shifts
- able to lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk, and squat during scheduled shifts
- able to handle job stress and interact effectively with others
- willingness to work in an environment with flashing lights, moving mechanical parts, and loud noises
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- excellent customer service skills
- energetic and enthusiastic personality
- ability to interact positively with guests of all ages
- effective communication skills
- experience in a guest-facing role is a plus
- willingness to learn and adapt
Job Duties
- Support guests as they play games
- ensure all games are clean and operational
- assist with troubleshooting gaming machines
- maintain a welcoming and safe environment in the game room
- communicate effectively with guests and team members
- follow health and safety guidelines
- participate in cross-training and team collaboration
