Job Requirements
- Be at least 15 years of age
- Available to work various shifts
- Ability to lift or carry objects weighing 0-50 pounds during scheduled shift
- Must be able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk and squat during scheduled shift
- Ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with guests and coworkers
- Work environment includes flashing lights, moving mechanical parts, and loud noises

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members

- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally
- Willingness to learn and cross-train in various positions

Job Duties
- Support guests as they play games
- Ensure all games are clean and operational
- Maintain a safe and fun environment for all guests
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of game equipment
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Follow health and safety regulations and company policies
- Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional guest service
