Job Qualifications
- High school education or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience is a plus
- Ability to operate and maintain game equipment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Team-oriented mindset
- Willingness to learn and take on multiple roles
Job Duties
- Assist guests with gameplay and answer questions
- Ensure all games are clean and operational
- Monitor safety of guests in the game room
- Support team members in various tasks
- Maintain cleanliness of the game area
- Handle customer requests and concerns
- Report maintenance issues promptly
