Job Requirements

be at least 15 years of age
available to work various shifts
excellent customer service skills
energetic and enthusiastic personality
must be able to lift or carry objects weighing 0-50 pounds
must be able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk and squat during shift
ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with others

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent preferred
experience in customer service a plus
ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
energetic and enthusiastic personality
willingness to work flexible hours
basic math skills for handling game tickets and rewards

Job Duties

support guests as they play games
ensure all games are clean and operational
engage with guests to provide excellent customer service
maintain safety and cleanliness of the game room area
assist with resolving game malfunctions or issues
help enforce rules and policies in the game room
participate in cross-training for various operational roles
