Job Requirements
- Be at least 15 years of age
- Available to work various shifts
- Excellent customer service skills
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk and squat during scheduled shifts
- Able to lift or carry objects weighing 0-50 pounds
- Able to handle job stress and interact effectively with others
- Pass a background check in compliance with federal, state, and local laws
- Able to work in an environment with flashing lights, moving mechanical parts, and loud noises

Job Duties
- Support guests as they play games
- Ensure all games are clean and operational
- Provide excellent customer service
- Maintain a safe and welcoming game room environment
- Assist with game maintenance and troubleshooting
- Help with crowd management and guest inquiries
- Follow health and safety protocols
