Job Requirements
- Be at least 15 years of age
- available to work various shifts
- excellent customer service skills
- energetic and enthusiastic personality
- must be able to lift or carry objects weighing 0-50 pounds
- must be able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk and squat during scheduled shifts
- ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with others
- willingness to work in an environment with flashing lights, moving mechanical parts, and loud noises
Job Qualifications
- Be at least 15 years of age
- possess excellent customer service skills
- demonstrate an energetic and enthusiastic personality
- ability to interact effectively with guests and co-workers
- prior experience in customer service is a plus but not required
- ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
Job Duties
- Support guests as they play games
- ensure all game machines are clean and operational
- maintain a safe and enjoyable environment in the game room
- assist with setting up and organizing game areas
- monitor and enforce game room rules and safety guidelines
- handle guest inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to management
