Job Requirements

  • Be at least 15 years of age
  • available to work various shifts
  • excellent customer service skills
  • energetic and enthusiastic personality
  • must be able to lift or carry objects weighing 0-50 pounds
  • must be able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk and squat during scheduled shifts
  • ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with others
  • willingness to work in an environment with flashing lights, moving mechanical parts, and loud noises

Job Qualifications

  • Be at least 15 years of age
  • possess excellent customer service skills
  • demonstrate an energetic and enthusiastic personality
  • ability to interact effectively with guests and co-workers
  • prior experience in customer service is a plus but not required
  • ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends

Job Duties

  • Support guests as they play games
  • ensure all game machines are clean and operational
  • maintain a safe and enjoyable environment in the game room
  • assist with setting up and organizing game areas
  • monitor and enforce game room rules and safety guidelines
  • handle guest inquiries and provide excellent customer service
  • report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to management
