Job Duties
- support guests as they play games
- ensure all games are clean and operational
- maintain a safe and enjoyable game room environment
- assist customers with game instructions and prizes
- perform routine maintenance and cleaning of gaming equipment
- monitor game room activity to prevent unsafe behavior
- collaborate with team members to provide excellent customer service
