- ability to take direction while also contributing original ideas
- reliable, adaptable, and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- previous experience in entertainment, theater, dance, improv, or sports presentation is a plus, but not required
Job Duties
- Serve as the on-camera host for all in-game promotions, contests, and fan engagement activities
- coordinate and support the Fun Squad throughout all Rainiers home games
- perform in skits, promotions, and on-field entertainment during games
- collaborate with the promotions, marketing, and game presentation teams
- contribute creative writing and concept development for new skits, bits, and in-game moments
- help rehearse, organize, and execute scripted and improvised entertainment
- bring fresh, innovative ideas that elevate the fan experience
- maintain a high level of enthusiasm, professionalism, and teamwork on game days
- assist with pre-game preparation, rehearsals, and post-game wrap-ups
- act as a Mascot Handler for community appearances as needed
