Frederick Flying Cows is a professional basketball organization located in Frederick, Maryland, competing in the United States Basketball League (USBL). The USBL operates a 24-game regular season annually from March through May, featuring 12 home games and 12 away games, with playoffs held in June. Job Requirements
- Must be located in the Frederick, MD area
- Must be available for all home games from March through May and select events
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Knowledge of alcohol service laws and food safety standards
- Prior bartending or food and beverage experience preferred
- Reliable, professional, and customer service-oriented

Job Duties
- Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to fans, sponsors, and VIP guests
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient bar area
- Ensure compliance with state and local alcohol regulations and venue policies
- Provide excellent customer service and a professional, energetic presence
- Assist with setup and breakdown of bar areas as needed
