- casual knowledge of cleaning materials, equipment, and methods
- willingness to work a flexible shift
- frequent lifting of over 75 pounds
- ability to work scheduled hours Tuesday through Saturday, 2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
- ability to adhere to emergency attendance requirements
- authorization to work in the United States

Job Duties
- clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, utensils, kitchen and serving equipment
- sweep, mop, and sanitize floors of kitchen and related work areas according to prescribed standards
- empty waste baskets, trash cans, boxes, and containers
- operate appropriate cleaning equipment properly and safely
- assist in maintaining food inventories
- assist in food preparation as needed
- adhere to university emergency attendance protocols for critical staff
